About Us

Our founder created this agency after his sister and our namesake, Rula, passed away. Rula was a very sensitive and caring person – Rula Care Ltd was born from a vision to create a care agency that would show both of these qualities. He wanted her name to live on in something good and meaningful on a daily basis, even though she is no longer with us.

We treat our staff and clients as a part of our family, with a friendly atmosphere and a ‘door always open’ policy. Our team members are fully supported to be able to provide the highest quality care, with assistance with DBS applications, online training and counselling support from a BACP registered counsellor.
